Course Objectives | This course examines the concepts of the major institutions and the structures of the constitutional system. It is aim to provide knowledge and understanding of the interface political and the legal institutions in our system of law and government. It is aim to introduces the students to understand the general principles of the political power, separation of the powers and the function of the powers. |

Course Content | General principles and the basic notions of constitutional law; the notion of constitution; theories on sovereignty and political power; forms of the state; legislative, executive powers and the relations between them; government systems; judicial review of legislative acts; election systems and political parties. |
