Course Objectives This course aims to teach various manual techniques to the students.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • The student will learn the principles of different manual techniques. The student will determine the requirements of the patient. He will learn to apply the manual according to the student's technique and the patient's needs.
  • Learn the physiological mechanisms of soft tissue mobilizing techniques.
  • Know the indications-contraindications of soft tissue mobilization techniques.
  • Evaluate the patient in terms of soft tissue mobilization.
  • Identify and apply appropriate mobilization techniques.
Course Content Manual treatment methods, soft tissue mobilizations, myofascial release techniques, neuromobilization, massage techniques, joint mobilization and cyriax techniques.
