Course Objectives The purpose of the course is to explain the main concepts and principles of administrative law in detail.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To develop an ability to academic research on the fundemantal principles and concepts of administrative law within the scope of theorical issues and court decisions.
  • To give a presentation on a main problem of administrative law.
  • Explaining of the fundamental concepts of administrative law.
  • Solving legal problems based on administrative law.
Course Content Administrative law as a discipline of public law, the concept of public administration, historical development and different systems, principles in organization of public administration, the concept of administrative transaction, public service, public order, civil servants.
