Course Objectives In this course, students discuss the importance of parliament, parliament's function, parliamentary working procedures in parliamentary democracies and other important issues. This course focuses on parliaments which are the most important organs of representative democracies and its principles and ınstıtutions.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the establishment and operation of Parliamentary democratic system and TBMM.
  • Explain the establishment and operation of Parliamentary democratic system and TBMM.
  • They can criticize the law.
  • Can be able to explain the features of the construction technique.
  • They can explain the operation of politics.
Course Content Democratic political representation, parliamentary debate, legislate, control of government, be elected as a member of parliament sufficiency, legislative immunity, the working order GNAT.
