Course Objectives The main purpose of the course is to give basic information about the emergence and resolution of legal disputes between individuals in international law, to show and analyze the procedural rules to be applied in the resolution of those disputes.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain general provisions of International Procedure Law.
  • Give explanation about the legal proceedings among the parties.
  • Student critisize regulations and offer solutions.
