Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide fundamental principles and techniques in communication and signal processing applications, and a research experience to students.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • describe some recent research subjects (techniques, methods and/or approaches) on communications and signal processing
  • describe, at least, one of those subjects and discuss its impact on practical applications
  • prepare a comprehensive (standard formatting) paper for a required topic
  • give a seminar on the subject, and/or a standard conference presentation
Course Content Selected topics from the areas of communications and signal processing including mobile/radio communications and signal processing techniques, information/communication systems, radio transmissions systems, signal processing techniques and algorithms in radars, information and electronic intelligence.
