Course Objectives	The aim of the course is to give basic information about the concept of personal rights and to give extensive information about the ways of protection in case of violation of these rights.
Course Learning Outcomes	The students who succeeded in this course; Makes statements within the scope of personal rights. Solve legal dispute about this subject. Uses information about personal rights in legal disputes. Knows the legislation and makes suggestions for improvement
Course Content	The concept of personal rights, legal character of personal rights, regulations on personal rights in the legislation, violation of personal rights and ways of protection against these violations.
