Course Objectives | Labour law is a branch of law, which regulates the labour contract enacted between employees and their employers, in other words the relationship between employee and employer. According to Law No.4857, it can be concluded that the regulations, which is about sorts of labour contract, the termination of labour contract and its legal conclusions, take an important place. It should be emphasized that related subjects of Labour Law have an important place in practice. |
