Course Objectives It is aimed to acquire basic theoretical knowledge about scientific research methods and techniques, comprehension of legal thinking, asking and writing, and transferring it to practice.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;

  • Prepares homework, seminar and thesis.

  • Uses the solution methods of concrete legal problems.

Course Content The structure of scientific research, scientific methods and different opinions about these methods, problem, research model, data collection methods, data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
