Course Objectives The main purpose of the course is to provide basic information on relationships with foreign element such as engagement, marriage, divorce, adoption, custody and guardianship and to provide the ability to solve legal problems related to these issues.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Student deal with legal issues about family law with foreign element.
  • Student critisize regulations and offer solutions.
  • Student identify the problems of regulations about Family Law.
