Course Objectives The aim of this course is to examine the legal position of joint ventures and consortiums, which are important in practice.

  • Describes the representation of the ordinary partnership.
  • Discloses special views of the ordinary partnership.
  • Prepares joint venture contracts.
  • Prepares consortium contracts.
  • Solves legal disputes that arise in practice.
Course Content Ordinary partnership organization, joint ventures and consortiums, the legal position of the joint venture and the consortiums, issues that arise in practice.
