Course Objectives İnşaat projelerinde riskin rolünü anlatmak. Niteliksel ve niceliksel risk analizi yöntemlerini anlatmak. Olasılıksal risk analizi hakkında detaylı bilgi vermek. Öğrencilere proje yönetiminde etkili risk yanıt stratejileri öğretmek.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students will be able to provide risk management framework for construction projects.
  • Students will be able to use qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods.
  • Students will be able to perform Monte Carlo Simulation by using simulation tools.
  • Students will be able to improve their oral presentation skills.
Course Content Introduction to risk, risk analysis and management, risk identification, risk assessment methods, probabilistic risk assessment, Monte Carlo Simulation, sensitivity analysis, risk response strategies.
