Course Objectives	The aim of this course is to introduce to the students the basic concepts and process of management; organizational theory, design and change.
Course Learning Outcomes	The students who succeeded in this course; Students will be able to acquire knowledge and skill of management process. Students will be able to acquire planning methods and techniques and will be able to use them. Students will be able to lead and motivate the employees when they will start to work as engineers. Students will be able to acquire the methods and techniques used for organizational design and reorganization and apply them when they will work as engineers.
Course Content	Management process; planning, organizing, controlling, leading; basic challenges of organizational design; designing organizational structure; organizational change.
