Course Objectives The aim of this course is to introduce to the students the basic concepts and process of management; organizational theory, design and change.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students will be able to acquire knowledge and skill of management process.
  • Students will be able to acquire planning methods and techniques and will be able to use them.
  • Students will be able to lead and motivate the employees when they will start to work as engineers.
  • Students will be able to acquire the methods and techniques used for organizational design and reorganization and apply them when they will work as engineers.
Course Content Management process; planning, organizing, controlling, leading; basic challenges of organizational design; designing organizational structure; organizational change.
