Course Objectives The purpose of the course is to make students produce an animation film by informing them about computer supported animations in accordance with the market properties. Meanwhile analysis on relations between motion image and advertisement notions is done by examining different types of animations.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Know, investigate and define the historical and current information about the lecture subjects
  • Have a critical point of view about the market’s animation advertisement films
  • Have advanced knowledge on computerized animation programs in 3D softwares.
Course Content Personal animation film project and/or career objectives defined according to the stage of animation production work, starting from the idea of the spectacle; stages of the filmmaking process.

4 A- Determination of the animation style advertising film project subjects B- Determination of the visual animation technique of the projects.
5 A- Studying on the animated advertising film projects’ research drafts. B- Introduction to the scenario stage which are going to be prepared throughout the research drafts of the advertising films.
6 A- Accomplishing the research drafts of the animated advertising film projects. B- Studying on scenario drafts of animated advertising film projects.
7 Midterm
8 A- Accomplishing and handing in the scenario drafts of the animated advertising film projects. (1st homework delivery) B- Analyzing the storyboard drafts of the animated advertising film projects.
