Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach basic information about public finance such as public services and government financing techniques, especially taxes.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the basic concepts of public finance.
  • Explain the types of public expenditures and public revenues.
  • 3. Will be able to foresee different economic and social effects of public expenditures and public revenues.
  • Will be able to evaluate the results of state budget implementations.
  • Summarise the relationship between fiscal issues and political approaches.
