Course Objectives To put forward basic issues and perspectives in Organizational theory and Management in a comprehensive manner, to evaluate the development of management science in the context of change and to provide management techniques and skills for business life.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To assess and interpret the historical development of management science in terms of changes in the world
  • To apply the modern management techniques to business world
  • To determine the appropriate organizational structure according to the variables such as business processes, cost, competition and culture
Course Content Fundamental concepts of organization structure and design, the evolution of organization theory, organizational effectiveness and organizational structure and environment.
