Course Objectives Teaching the undergraduates about the way they will follow in professional life after graduation. Explaining the modes of manners and attitudes to be adopted in professional life as well as teaching how to manage time and methods of work. Providing the new graduates with a vision regarding their careers and helping them to make appropriate planning for their qualifications.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • The students who have successfully completed the course: 1.are supposed to have an understanding of human behaviour and develop a respectful view. 2.will have been equipped with the understanding of how to improve themselves and the relationships with others, thus maintaining a balance in Professional life. 3.will have learned how to prepare CV and Resume. 4.will have understood how s/he must prepare for interviews. 5.will have been provided with information about work ethics and professionalism. 6.will have learned to distinguish the differences in work methods between the previous generation and new generation that co-exist in professional life. 7.will have been informed about the concept of addiction in professional life. and will have realized how it should be incorporated in business life. 8.will have been equipped with writing skills mainly petitions and emails. 9.will have been provided with the skills that are necessary to be successful in professional life. 10. will have acquired an understanding about career planning.
Course Content Greeting others kindly and politely; personality traits, body language and smiling; introduction to professional life; preparing CV and resume and preparation for interviews; the concept of being a good human: ethical conduct; the manners of new generation in business life; time management and its importance; addiction in business life, the limits of the work environment, challenges in professional life.
