Course Objectives The major aim of this course is to introduce power and politics within the organizational settings. Given that, this course is designed for students aiming to enhance their knowledge regarding power and political issues from interpersonal, organizational and inter-organizational perspectives.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To learn understanding different sources of power
  • To learn the different approaches of power
  • To be able to recognize relationship between power and politics
Course Content The political strategies within the organizational settings; relationship between power and politics.
