Course Objectives Ensuring that students learn the theoretical knowledge they have learned by trying it out on the job, thus creating a suitable environment for them to get acquainted with the business and enter the sector, and thus motivating them.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • 1. Explains the relationships between the department in which he/she works and other departments in the tourism business.
  • 2. Explains the relationships between the industrial environment elements in which the business operates.
  • 3. Explains evaluations regarding the activation of the operation of the department in which he/she is located.
  • 4. Identifies the problems of the department in which she works.
  • 5. He/she reports his/her contribution to the business throughout his/her employment.
  • 1. Evaluates his/her relationships with his/her colleagues and working conditions.
  • 7. Designs career development and career path.
Course Content Students will work in one of the business types specified in the Tourism Management Department's "internship directive". The relevant faculty members will carry out written and routine checks and consultancy services regarding the on-the-job training of the students they advise, and will manage relations with the businesses.
