Course Objectives The major aim of the course is to introduce the structural aspects of managing inter-organizational Relationships. Also, such topics as power and dependency, bases of power and power tactics are focused.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To develop an understanding of the theoretical background regarding inter-organizational relationships
  • To learn the theories and models that are used for analyzing inter-organizational relationships.
  • To identify and manage inter-organizational relationships
Course Content This course focuses on the relationships between the organizations and explains how these relationships may help organizations to increase their effectiveness within the competition. Also, the course will focus on the effect of such relations on the creation of networks among the organizations.
