Course Objectives | Provides students with a comprehensive understanding of and discussions about (mass) communication policies in general and in Turkey. It examines the prevailing issues about the national and international policies in mass media in terms of development and globalization. The nature of policy issues and roles of the national and international structures such as national regulatory and administrative bodies, European Commission, Council and Parliament, as well as involved will be studied. |
