Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to get students familiar with the basic concepts and the importance of job analysis for the other human resource management activities and to have students transform their theoretical knowledge into practice. |

Course Content | The nature of job, the application of job analysis methods and approaches, the current job analysis methods and approaches, environmental and organizational influences, purposes of performance appraisals, obtaining information about performance, performance standarts, processes in evaluating judgement, error and accuracy measures. |
