| Course Objectives | The main purpose of this course is that introduce temporary legal protection measures and inform cognitively and institutionally in terms of Turkish Law. Especially, teaching the principles and rules about Precautionary measure, Precautionary distraint, Evidence determination and skill building by solving problems with showingly about implementation are purposes of the course. |
