Course Objectives Although labour law is a new branch of law, labour law has distinctive institutions and terms. Therefore the principles, terms and institutions, which constitute the fundamental of labour law, should be comprehended in order to interpret and to understand Labour Law properly.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • A student who succeeds this class defines and explains notions and institutions regarding General Principles of Labour Law.
  • Resolves the conflicts on General Principles of Labour law in practice; suggests solutions and exemplifies them.
  • Follows the new codifications and academic discussion topics about General Principles of Labour Law by remembering the basic concepts, informations makes researches on it and uses them.
