Course Objectives The aim of the course is to provide basic information about Cheque Law, to introduce the concept of cheque and to assist in the resolution of legal disputes regarding cheque law.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • They apply elements to the problems that they can confront about cheque law.
  • -They explain basic principles of cheque law.
  • -They criticise current legislation on cheque, comparing annulled and current legislation.
  • -They explain drawing, circulation, payment and results of cheque.
Course Content Elements of cheque, transfer of cheque, discharge of cheque, dud cheque, void of cheque.
