Course Objectives The aim of the course is to clarify the boundaries of ethics in politics and to contribute to the determination of the ideal definition of political ethics through case studies and scenarios.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Acquire information about the thinkers, political thought and concepts of the classical enlightenment period.
  • Acquire knowledge about Spinoza and his political thought.
Course Content Principles in politics, lies, merit, public policy, the role of personal values in politics, money and its effects, ethical concerns in politics.
