Course Objectives The aim of the course is to explore and give information about accommodation companies which are the one of the three basic elements of tourism in level of postgraduate.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To have the abilities of argument and criticize on basic tourism management and improve skills on finding scientific solutions to recent problems, to achieve information and practice them.
  • To improve skills to explore primary data sources to produce original information about tourism management.
  • To interpret analyzes the relationship between parts of the hotel.
  • To examine Turkey´s superior and weaknesses on hospitality management
  • To analyze comparing the accommodation businesses in Turkey, with accommodation establishments in the world.
Course Content Basic concept of accommodation info, the classification of accommodation companies in Turkey and in the world; the concepts of management and managing, the functions, organizational theory and the organization analysis.
