Course Objectives | This course aims to give the concepts, principles, problems, and practices of successful operations management. Emphasis is focused on preparing students to identify and apply appropriate management processes to ensure efficient, effective, and quality oriented operations, while achieving operational excellence. |

Course Content | Demand forecasting, project management, quality management, supply chain management, planning and scheduling, and inventory management, materials resource planning (MRP), enterprise resource planning (ERP) as well as modern production techniques such as lean production, just-in-time production. |
