Course Content | This is an introductory course in which basic concepts of law and preliminary matters are studied. Following the general legal concepts and institutions of law and overview of the Turkish Legal System; interaction of law and economics; interrelated areas such as economic and social rights recognised in international legal documents; basic concepts of competition law are also covered. |
