Course Objectives | Consistent terminology ensures creation, storing, maintenance, retrieval, transfer and re-usability of specialized information within certain domains or subject fields. The course aims to introduce fundamental concepts of terminology such as term formation rules and concept orientation. The students make use of state-of-art terminological applications such as free and commercial Computer Aided Translation and Terminology Management Systems during the course. |
