Course Objectives The aim of this course is to analyze the EU's enlargement process from a historical standpoint including the recent developments in the issue.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • to learn the historical aspect of the EU enlargement
  • to understand the EU enlargement policy
  • to have extensive knowledge on the cases of EU enlargement
Course Content The history of the enlargement, the relation of the enlargement with the EU institutions and the case studies from the first enlargement until today.
