Atılım University added a faculty development program in its Strategic Planning for 2011-2012 academic year to promote teaching-learning activities in the university.
For this purpose a series of refresher instruction development workshops have been organized. The faculty/instructors training programs were expected to augment teaching performances of junior as well as refresh skills of senior instructors. In this context during the 10-21 October 2011 period Dr. Dannelle Stevens worked Atılım University as a Fulbright scholar worked for two weeks to conduct Teacher Development Workshops, where more than 120 instructors participated.
