Course Quota Increase Request Transactions

1. Download and fill out a Course Quota Increase Request Letter.

2. E-mail your letter to your academic advisor and to gsod@atilim.edu.tr via your @student.atilim.edu.tr e-mail address.

3. Once your advisor grants their approval, your application shall be evaluated by the Head of Department of Fine Arts & Elective Courses.

4. Course quota increase requests are appropriate for evaluation solely under these conditions:

  1. The student appears to be Graduating and is unable to take the other courses since these courses do not fit their timetable.
  2. The student is expected to repeat the course due to having failed the course previously.

5. The evaluation results for your request shall be e-mailed to you.
