Our TUBITAK ARDEB 1001 Project

The project “Modeling and Simulation of Thermomechanical Behavior of Shape Memory Alloys” carried out by Asst. Prof. Ozgur Aslan, instructor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of our University in cooperation with National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of United States was deemed worthy of support within the scope of 1001 - Scientific and Technological Research Projects funded by TUBITAK ARDEB.

We wish our academicians a continued success and congratulate them for the project which is expected to last 36 months and contribute modeling and design abilities in biomedical technologies and reflector, aerial and engine systems used in the space programs of NASA with the simulation technologies to be developed.
